Responsibilities

• Creating shipbuilding overview plans, particularly a master plan, deck plans, and layout drawings
• Supporting design engineers in the geometric implementation of concepts
• Maintaining and structuring CAD data and ensuring consistent model standards
• Contributing to variant analyses by adapting layouts and models

Requirements

• Completed training as a technical product designer, technical draftsman or similar
• Several years of experience in shipbuilding, plant engineering or comparable industries
• Experience in creating general plans or complex layout drawings is desirable
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD standards
• Knowledge regarding structured data storage
• Basic understanding of technical relationships, ship design and space layout

Working Hours

• 35 hours/week
