Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Designer – Motion, UI & Design Systems who can craft engaging, intuitive, and meaningful digital experiences through motion, UI design, and scalable design systems. The ideal candidate will combine motion design, user experience principles, visual interface design, and technical implementation to enhance usability, consistency, and product interaction across web and mobile platforms. This role requires close collaboration with UX Designers, Product Managers and UI Developers to bring interface animations, transitions, reusable UI patterns, and design system components to life. The candidate should be comfortable working in Figma, contributing to and evolving design systems, and designing polished, accessible user interfaces alongside motion-rich interactions.
Key Responsibilities
● Design and implement motion systems, micro-interactions, and interface animations that improve usability and product experience.
● Create high-quality UI designs for web and mobile applications, including layouts, components, states, and interaction behaviors.
● Build and maintain interactive prototypes in Figma and other prototyping tools to communicate flows, transitions, and motion concepts. .
● Contribute to and evolve the design system, including reusable components, patterns, tokens, motion guidelines, and documentation.
● Collaborate with UI designers, product teams, and developers to ensure motion, visual design, and component behavior are consistently applied across products.
● Translate product requirements and user needs into scalable UI solutions that align with design system standards.
● Define and document motion principles, UI standards, and component usage guidelines for consistent and cohesive user experiences.
● Partner with engineering teams to ensure designs are implementation-ready, technically feasible, and optimized for performance.
● Optimize animations and UI interactions for accessibility, responsiveness, usability, and platform consistency.
● Participate in design reviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of motion and interface patterns.
● Maintain documentation for motion patterns, reusable UI components, and design system assets. Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Visual Communication, or a related field.
● 3+ years of experience in UI design, motion design, interaction design, or product design. ● Strong understanding of UI design principles, animation timing, interaction patterns, and visual hierarchy.
● Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, libraries, and collaboration workflows.
● Experience designing and maintaining design systems or component libraries for digital products.
● Experience with tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, Framer, Lottie, or similar motion/prototyping tools.
● Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with developers.
● Ability to translate concepts into production-ready designs, prototypes, and animations. ● Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications
● Experience working with enterprise or large-scale product design systems.
● Knowledge of motion frameworks such as Framer Motion, GSAP, or Lottie.
● Understanding of design tokens, component behavior, and developer handoff workflows.
● Familiarity with mobile platform guidelines for iOS and Android motion and UI patterns.
● Experience collaborating in Agile product teams.
● Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design best practices.
