Product Designer (m/w/d) – Digitale B2B-Cloud-Services

Your Tasks

• Planning and execution of user research, development of personas & customer journeys.
• Creation of service and product concepts as well as prototypes.
• Design of interaction and usage concepts and execution of usability tests.
• Contribution to functional requirements and processes.
• Moderation of workshops with internal stakeholders.
• Close collaboration with product owners, architects, and development teams.

Your Profile

• Experience as a Service Designer / Product Designer / UX Designer.
• Strong skills in research, conception, and prototyping.
• Proficient in using design and innovation methods in agile teams.
• Excellent communication and workshop skills.
• Fluent in German & English.
