Role Overview
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Product Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in UX thinking, an eye for clean and functional design, and the ability to translate ideas into intuitive product experiences.
You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design user-centered solutions that improve usability and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile products
- Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and improve product experiences
- Conduct basic user research and apply insights to design decisions
- Ensure consistency across product design through design systems and guidelines
- Prepare design assets and support smooth handoff to developers
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, testing, and product goals
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design
- Strong foundation in UX principles and product thinking
- Solid UI and visual design skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in design tools (especially Figma)
- Basic understanding of design handoff processes to developers
- Awareness of user research and validation methods
- Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively
- Good communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience designing for startups or fast-paced environments
- Basic understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Familiarity with usability testing or user feedback loops
