Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Designer who can elevate our clients’ products through thoughtful UX/UI design, rapid prototyping, and data‑driven iteration. You’ll partner closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to shape end‑to‑end experiences that delight users and drive business results.

| UI Design & Visual Systems – Produce high‑fidelity mockups, design systems, and component libraries in Figma/Adobe XD. | Deliver consistent, brand‑aligned experiences at scale. |
| Prototyping & Interaction Design – Build interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews and user testing. | Validate concepts quickly and iterate efficiently. |

| Metrics & Optimization – Analyze usage data and feedback to refine designs post‑launch. | Continuously improve product performance. |
| Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing – Coach junior designers and contribute to internal design best‑practice docs. | Grow the team’s collective expertise. |
