About the role

Product Designer – Dynamic Design Firm (Town of Florida, FL)

About Us

We’re a fast‑growing, creative design studio located in the vibrant Town of Florida. Our team thrives on collaboration, curiosity, and a passion for crafting memorable digital experiences. If you love turning complex problems into elegant, user‑centric solutions, you’ll feel right at home here.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Designer who can elevate our clients’ products through thoughtful UX/UI design, rapid prototyping, and data‑driven iteration. You’ll partner closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to shape end‑to‑end experiences that delight users and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do Why It Matters
User Research & Insight Generation – Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover user needs and pain points. Ground design decisions in real‑world behavior.
UX Strategy & Wireframing – Create user flows, information architectures, and low‑fidelity wireframes. Ensure intuitive navigation and clear task completion.
UI Design & Visual Systems – Produce high‑fidelity mockups, design systems, and component libraries in Figma/Adobe XD. Deliver consistent, brand‑aligned experiences at scale.
Prototyping & Interaction Design – Build interactive prototypes for stakeholder reviews and user testing. Validate concepts quickly and iterate efficiently.
Collaboration & Handoff – Work hand‑in‑hand with developers, providing specs, assets, and design rationale. Smooth implementation and reduced rework.
Metrics & Optimization – Analyze usage data and feedback to refine designs post‑launch. Continuously improve product performance.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing – Coach junior designers and contribute to internal design best‑practice docs. Grow the team’s collective expertise.

Requirement Details
Education Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience 3+ years of professional UX/UI design experience (agency or product‑focused environments).

Design Foundations Strong grasp of user‑centered design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1).
Communication Ability to articulate design decisions clearly to cross‑functional teams and non‑design stakeholders.

Portfolio A curated portfolio (online link) showcasing end‑to‑end product design work, with case studies that highlight research, iteration, and impact.

Nice‑to‑have: Experience with design systems (e.g., Material, Carbon), motion design basics, or front‑end basics (HTML/CSS/JS).
