Product Designer (Visual-First) — UIUX + Promo Design (iGaming)

🚨 We’re hiring a Product Designer (Visual-First)

UI/UX + Promo Design | iGaming | Bitfortune

Let’s be clear — this is not a generic design role.

I’m looking for someone who can create high-impact visuals and turn them into experiences that drive deposits, gameplay, and retention.

If you’re just about “making things look nice” — this isn’t for you.

💡 What you’ll own

• Visual direction across product & promotions

• UI/UX for key journeys (signup, deposit, gameplay, promos)

• Promo campaigns (bonuses, tournaments, VIP, reactivation)

• Consistency across product, web & lifecycle channels

⚡ What you’ll actually do

• Create visuals that grab attention and convert

• Design frictionless, high-performing user flows

• Turn promos into compelling in-product & CRM experiences

• Work closely with CRM & product teams

• Iterate fast based on real performance data — not opinion

🎯 What I’m looking for

• Strong visual/graphic design (non-negotiable)

• Solid UI/UX with a conversion mindset

• Experience in iGaming / betting / gaming / high-engagement products (preferred)

• Mobile-first thinking

• Comfortable in a fast, high-output environment

You must have a portfolio of real, shipped work including:

• High-quality promo/visual design

• Live product/UI work (not just concepts)
