Product Developer - Merch

Our client, a well-known music entertainment company, is looking for someone to join their team as a Product Developer - Merch. This role is hybrid in New York.

This is a 3-month W2 contract

In this role, you will assist in executing merchandise needs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaigns.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assist in executing merchandise needs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaigns
• Manage timelines and schedules across cross-functional teams
• Negotiate and cost-engineer products to meet retail targets and margins
• Assist in overseeing pre-production timelines and compliance with product specifications
• Assist with managing supplier relationships and product integrity throughout the development process.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in apparel and accessories production or product development in the music industry
• Diverse market experience across various apparel segments including men's, juniors, and children's wear
• Strong skills in cost negotiation with vendors and product engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Textile Science, Fashion Design, or a related field (Preferred)
