In product development and manufacturing at PwC, you will specialise in improving product development and manufacturing processes. You will work closely with clients to analyse product development lifecycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality. Working in this area, you will also provide guidance on implementing lean manufacturing principles, optimising supply‑chain integration, and leveraging digital technologies.

Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, navigating increasingly complex situations, and growing your personal brand, technical expertise, and self‑awareness. Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree.
  • Preferred fields of study: Biomedical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Industrial and Operations Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Project Engineering & Management, Production Engineering, Systems Engineering, Biomedical Science, Computer and Information Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science.

Preferred Knowledge & Skills

  • Proven record of leading or facilitating project management or client consultations in product development and manufacturing for a global professional services firm, within sectors such as:
    • Industrial (Automotive, Aerospace, Chemicals, Industrial Manufacturing, Construction)
    • Technology (Hardware/Electronics, Systems, Software, Semiconductor, Telecommunications)
    • Life Sciences (Pharma, Bio‑Pharma, Specialty Pharma, Medical Device/Technology/Diagnostics, Generics, Animal Health)
    • Consumer Markets (Food & Beverage, Goods, Vertically Integrated Retail)
  • Expertise in advisory services for:
    • Technical solution architecture (e.g., Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE, Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, SAP PLM)
    • PLM Blueprint & Design for the above technologies
    • Digital Engineering / PLM Strategy Development

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $77,000 – $202,000 (actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable laws).
  • Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
