Position Overview

You'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle of an AI-powered workforce housing platform that serves enterprise clients at scale. You'll drive product strategy and execution for a rapidly growing organisation, working cross-functionally to deliver features that enhance enterprise procurement workflows and marketplace experiences. You'll work directly with the founders and shape product decisions that impact how global companies manage employee accommodations.

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI-powered housing platform
• Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories for engineering teams
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact product features
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions
• Prioritize product backlog based on user impact, technical feasibility, and business value
• Track product performance using analytics tools and user feedback to drive data-driven improvements
• Lead product launches and partner with marketing teams on go-to-market strategies

Must Have Criteria

• 5-8 years of Product Management experience in building enterprise solutions or marketplace platforms
• Experience managing products with large scale enterprise users or similar scale
• Proven experience managing product lifecycle using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and Google Analytics
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering and design teams to ship products
• Track record of translating complex business problems into user-friendly product solutions
• Experience with product metrics, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision making

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplace, or two-sided platform products
• Background in enterprise procurement, real estate, or hospitality technology
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and product design thinking methodologies
• Experience with A/B testing frameworks and experimentation platforms
• Technical background or strong ability to collaborate with engineering on complex integrations

• Market Research, Data Analysis, and Problem-Solving skills
• Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration expertise
• Strong Communication, Strategic Thinking, and Decision-Making abilities
• Proficiency in using product management tools and software
• Understanding or expertise in AI-powered platforms or technology-based products is a plus
• MBA or bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field
