Requirements

• Batchelor's Degree in Engineering, Paper Science/Technology, Industrial Engineering, Material Science or Related field
• Post Graduate Qualification (e.g. MSc MBA or Diploma in Pulp & Paper - AN ADVANTAGE
• Minimum 10 Years' experience in PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, R&D or TECHNICAL ROLE within FMCG/Manufacturing, preferably Paper Products /Tissue OR Hygiene Goods
• In-depth knowledge of TISSUE CONVERTING PROCESS
• Experience in Cost or Management Accounting - AN ADVANTAGE
• Project Management Abilities, MPM, PRINCE2 or Agile Cert - AN ADVATAGE
• Excel & ERP Systems
• Willingness to Travel occasionally to Suppliers or Production Sites
