Who we are

The Product Core Team (≈ 14 members) builds the IntelliTracer platform that lets customers track vehicles, automatically log work hours, stay compliant, and integrate with external systems.

What you’ll do

• Translate customer requests into clean, production‑ready features (front‑end, back‑end, IoT).
• Develop new modules for access control, post‑calculation, work planning, and third‑party integrations.
• Work closely with functional analysts, developers, and customers; keep communication short and direct.
• Contribute ideas to make the platform smarter, simpler, or AI‑enhanced.
• Act as a “Support Hero”: turn feedback into concrete improvements.

Your responsibilities

• Design and implement new functionalities in collaboration with analysts, developers, and customers.
• Ensure solutions fit the way customers actually work.
• Expand the IntelliTracer platform.
• Propose and prototype AI‑driven enhancements.
• Review support tickets, prioritize them, and deliver fixes.
