Role Overview

Lead the design and development of the core platform while guiding a team of engineers. Drive architecture decisions and ensure high-performance, cloud-native solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a software development team
• Architect and build scalable cloud platforms on AWS
• Develop backend services using Java, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Define technical strategy and ensure platform reliability and performance
• Working closely with clients and product team to create a seamless experience

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in platform engineering and cloud architecture
• Expert in Java, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience leading agile development teams
• Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making skills
