Product & Gifting Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a Product & Gifting Designer to lead the design and development of premium, client‑centric gift solutions for high‑end clientele. This role combines creative design, product development, and supplier coordination, translating client briefs into high‑quality, production‑ready products across multiple categories.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of premium gifting products, from concept ideation to final production
• Translate client briefs into creative, commercially viable product concepts
• Design across a wide range of categories, including jewellery, fragrance, porcelain, and lifestyle products
• Develop mood boards, concept decks, and presentation materials for internal and client use
• Source and liaise with external vendors and manufacturers to ensure feasibility, quality, and cost alignment
• Manage sampling, prototyping, and production processes to ensure timely delivery
• Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, procurement) to align design with business and client objectives
• Ensure all products meet high standards of craftsmanship, branding, and user experience
• Stay updated on luxury gifting trends, materials, and packaging innovations

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product design, gifting, or lifestyle product development
• Experience in premium / luxury / corporate gifting is highly preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating cross‑category design work
• Hands‑on experience working with suppliers and managing production processes
• Ability to balance creativity with commercial and operational considerations
• Strong project management and organisational skills in fast‑paced environments
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (3D skills are a plus, not mandatory)
• Good communication skills, with ability to work across teams and stakeholders

• Experience handling high‑end or VIP client projects
• Knowledge of materials such as metals, ceramics, fragrance components, or packaging
• Experience in sourcing or working with regional manufacturers (China / SEA)
