What You Will Do

• Utilize tools such as Amplitude to analyze user behavior and optimize marketing campaigns for better performance.
• Design engaging user experiences with Figma to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables using Airtable, ensuring efficient workflow and communication within the team.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and inform future strategies.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 5+ years of experience in marketing and growth roles, preferably within the consumer services industry.
• Proficient in using Amplitude for data analysis and campaign optimization.
• Strong design skills with experience in Figma for creating user-centric marketing materials.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate with diverse teams using tools like Airtable.

Compensation and Benefits
