We’re partnering with a leading global advisory services firm to appoint a Head of Product – Data & AI.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering a next-generation data and AI product strategy across a complex, Fortune 1000 international business.

This role is based in Midtown and is onsite 3 days a week.

The opportunity

You will define and lead the vision for data-driven and AI-powered products, unlocking commercial value, enhancing client offerings, and driving operational efficiency. Working at the intersection of product, data science, and engineering, you’ll build scalable solutions that transform how the business leverages data across commercial and residential real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the Data & AI product strategy and roadmap
• Lead, mentor, and scale a cross-functional product team
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify high-value use cases for AI and advanced analytics within real estate
• Translate business needs into innovative, market-leading products
• Drive adoption of machine learning, automation and data platforms
• Establish best practices across product management, governance and delivery
• Measure success through clear KPIs and business outcomes

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience leading data and/or AI product portfolios at scale
• Strong background within commercial and/or residential real estate (essential)
• Deep understanding of machine learning, data platforms, and analytics ecosystems
• Track record of delivering commercially successful digital products
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience building and leading high-performing product teams
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on, delivery-focused approach
