About the role

10+ years of progressive experience in product management or product leadership roles within complex, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap development for digital or technology-enabled products.
Strong working knowledge of prioritization frameworks such as MoSCoW, WSJF, and other value-based decision models.
Hands-on experience building and managing product roadmaps using Aha! and/or similar product management tools.
Proven ability to apply human-centered design principles and partner deeply with UX/UI and research teams.
Experience designing, building, or operationalizing AI models, AI agents, or agentic workflows in production or enterprise environments.
Strong data literacy with experience using insights and metrics to drive product decisions and measure outcomes.
Experience partnering closely with IT and engineering leaders to deliver complex solutions.
Demonstrated ability to oversee and guide Technical Product Owners to ensure strategy is effectively executed.
