Product Line Manager II

About the Role

The Product Line Manager II supports engineered product lines focused on air, gas, and filtration technologies used across industrial, laboratory, and clinical environments. This role works closely with engineering, operations, supply chain, sales, and marketing to support product strategy, performance, and execution. You will help guide products through the full lifecycle while ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.

Job Requirements

• Product line or product management experience within industrial manufacturing, engineering, or OEM environments
• Background in air or gas treatment technologies such as compressed air, lab gas generation, hydrogen, nitrogen, zero air, or medical gas systems
• Filtration experience required including gas purification, membrane, particulate, or clean air systems
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally and analyze data to support product decisions

• Support product lifecycle activities including pricing, positioning, and portfolio performance
• Partner with engineering and operations to align product capabilities with customer needs
• Use KPIs and market data to support planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement
