You make data the foundation of product decisions.
Instead of just reporting, you work directly with Product Managers and Engineering teams and ask the critical questions: What should we really build – and what should we not?
You actively shape the development of a platform that helps thousands of users every year make important decisions around their homes.
Position: Senior Product Analyst (gn)
Location: Berlin (Potsdamer Platz) – Remote‑first with monthly Company Day
Start & type: ASAP, permanent
Responsibilities
- Close collaboration with Product Teams along the customer journey (1–2 domains each)
- Deriving actionable recommendations from data – not just analysis, but real decision support
- Designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests and experiments
- Analyzing user behavior and identifying optimization potential across the platform
- Actively challenging product ideas and priorities together with Product Managers
- Improving tracking, event structures, and overall data quality
- Building and using dashboards as well as driving data storytelling for stakeholders
- Enabling teams through self‑service analytics and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a product analytics environment (not pure BI / reporting)
- Strong skills in SQL and ideally Python, as well as common BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.)
- Experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and user behavior analytics
- Understanding of data architecture (Data Lake / DWH, e.g., AWS environment)
- Experience in B2C, platform, or marketplace models is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
- Proactive, communicative personality who challenges and drives topics forward

Requirements
