About Our Team:
The Quote to Cash product domain is seeking an innovative product manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of several key products within our GTM ecosystem. This role is instrumental in transforming our sales experience through AI-driven solutions, enabling a modern approach to GTM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: • Own the comprehensive product vision and long-term roadmap for products in the CPQ ecosystem. • Lead the development of innovative product initiatives that define new capabilities from concept to launch. • Drive digital transformation by enhancing legacy quoting processes into streamlined, automated, and data-centric experiences. • Identify areas where AI and intelligent automation can simplify quoting and speed up deal closure. • Utilize an Agile and MVP mindset, ensuring prompt delivery of value through iterative releases. • Establish clear product requirements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for efficient and high-quality delivery. • Work closely with Engineering and UX teams to decompose complex challenges into manageable, testable solutions. • Optimize the balance between speed and quality while implementing solutions across a large enterprise. • Advocate for and implement AI/ML advancements to enhance quote-to-cash processes, including recommendations and insights. • Lead initiatives that minimize technical debt while improving system scalability, reliability, and overall performance. • Collaborate with Data, Platform, and Architecture teams to ensure secure and scalable AI technology adoption. • Act as the primary product leader for Quote Management, engaging with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Legal, and Engineering teams. • Align and influence stakeholders on project priorities, tradeoffs, and delivery timelines. • Communicate updates regarding roadmap progress and outcomes to senior leadership. • Gain a deep understanding of seller workflows, challenges, and customer purchasing journeys. • Apply data insights, experiments, and feedback to continuously refine product direction. • Measure success through improvements in cycle time, productivity, adoption rates, and revenue impact.
Qualifications: • 8-10 years of hands-on product management experience, specifically with complex B2B or enterprise platforms. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a People Management role. • Proven track record of delivering innovative products and leading digital transformation projects. • Strong background in CPQ, Quote Management, Billing, Subscription Management, or Revenue Operations. • Experience working in Agile environments and delivering MVPs swiftly. • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in enterprise workflows, including automation and recommendations. • Experience modernizing traditional systems into scalable, cloud-native solutions. • Demonstrated success in delivering products that increase seller productivity and drive revenue. • Proficient in influencing cross-functional teams in a complex organizational structure.
