The Senior Director of Product Management for MyLabcorp Consumer is a strategic, consumer-obsessed leader responsible for defining and delivering the digital product vision that fuels growth, strengthens competitive advantage, and delivers meaningful health outcomes. This leader brings a deep understanding of consumer behavior, healthcare market dynamics, and digital innovation to shape an integrated product strategy within the MyLabcorp ecosystem.

Partnering closely with P&L owners, clinicians, engineering, project management, sales, support, and marketing, this role transforms insights into high-impact digital solutions that meet real consumer needs and advance Labcorp's consumer strategy.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Set and lead the digital product vision for MyLabcorp Consumer, ensuring alignment with P&L owners, market demand, consumer expectations, and enterprise strategy.
  • Build and maintain a data-driven product roadmap informed by market insights, competitive intelligence, and business objectives.
  • Champion a consumer-first mindset that emphasizes usability, accessibility, and differentiated value.
  • Translate consumer and market insights into innovative digital experiences that drive engagement, growth, and loyalty.
  • Validate concepts through research, experimentation, and rapid learning cycles.
  • Partner with P&L owners, other product leaders, clinicians, engineering, project management, sales, support, and marketing to deliver integrated product experiences.

Leadership & Organizational Influence

  • Partner with P&L owners to ensure product strategy directly supports business goals and revenue targets.
  • Advocate for investments that enhance digital capabilities and long-term strategic value.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, data-driven decisions, and consumer-centric thinking across teams.
  • Influence senior leaders and stakeholders through clear communication, strategic insight, and data-driven recommendations.
  • Mentor and develop product talent, elevating the organization's digital product maturity and talent pipeline.
  • Align teams around a unified product vision, measurable outcomes, and a shared understanding of consumer needs.

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end product execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and measurable outcomes.
  • Drive prioritization and trade-off decisions to maximize consumer value and business outcomes.
  • Establish and track KPIs to optimize consumer engagement, product performance, and target outcomes.
  • Use analytics and experimentation to continuously refine consumer experience and accelerate growth.
  • Leverage enterprise platforms, shared capabilities, and standardized technologies to drive efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5 or more years of product management experience including leadership roles overseeing digital products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of experience in commerce.
  • 5 or more years of experience in a Director position.

Additional Job Standards

  • Proven experience in healthcare, health tech, or other related domains.
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to understand market dynamics and business drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build business cases, articulate value propositions, and model ROI.
  • Solid technical aptitude with the ability to translate technology capabilities into market-ready solutions.
  • Track record of successfully influencing executive leadership and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence; comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization and external clients.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Demonstrated urgency, ownership, and ability to lead through ambiguity.
  • Experienced mentor and team builder with a passion for developing product talent.
  • Familiarity with modern software development methodologies and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
