Product Management Trainee

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to assist in building and improving digital products. You will work closely with design, development, and business teams to support product planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product requirements and features
• Work with cross-functional teams (design, development, QA)
• Create and maintain product documentation (PRDs, user stories)
• Conduct basic market and competitor research
• Gather and analyze user feedback
• Track product progress and ensure timely delivery
• Support in prioritization of tasks and backlog management
• Ensure product quality and user experience

Required Skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
• Ability to work with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana

Good to Have

• Knowledge of basic data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Understanding of APIs and how products work technically
• Experience with wireframing tools (Figma, etc.)

Internship Details

• Duration: 6 Months
• Stipend: Performance-based (as per company structure)
• Mode: Remote / On-site (as applicable)
