Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the design, planning, and purchasing of motorcycle clothing and helmets
• Development of product concepts and successful introduction of new products to the market
• Organization and execution of training courses
• Analysis of the profitability of brands and products and derivation of optimization measures
• Strategic further development of the existing product range, including definition of goals and product strategies
• Maintenance and expansion of supplier relationships and negotiations with international brand manufacturers
• Regular visits to suppliers and participation in trade fairs
• Creation and monitoring of sales price calculations, including margin control
• Technical advice on product inquiries and support for sales
• Participation in the conception, organization, and execution of trade fairs, events, and promotions

Your Profile

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by further training in product management
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role in product management
• High affinity for the motorcycle industry and sound industry knowledge are an advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
• Very good user skills in MS Office and experience with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft D365)
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• High willingness to perform, team spirit, and professional demeanor
• Enthusiasm and passion for products and trends
