As a Product Manager 3D Printing Systems, you bring sound technical experience and a deep understanding of industrial 3D printing systems, including hardware, software, and material interaction. You will be responsible for the Cubicure 3D Printing Systems portfolio throughout its entire product lifecycle and act as the voice of the customer within the organization. In this role, you will manage complex interfaces between engineering, software development, production, quality, sales, and customers, while ensuring product performance, compliance, and market success. Your Responsibilities as Product Manager 3D Printing Systems (m/f/d) at Cubicure
- You will manage the Cubicure 3D Printing Systems product portfolio across hardware, software, and system components.
- You will define and maintain product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements for 3D printing systems.
- You will initiate, plan, and manage new product developments and system extensions in close collaboration with mechanical, electrical, optical, and software engineering teams.
- You will ensure the regulatory compliance of machines and machine components, e.g., CE Machinery Directive, electrical safety, transport of dangerous goods, and export control.
- You will continuously collect, analyze, and prioritize feedback from customers, service, sales, and internal teams to improve system performance, usability, and reliability.
- You will create lifecycle cost and business case analyses and monitor market and technology trends to foster product innovation and differentiation.
- You will act as a central interface between interdisciplinary departments and lead complex cross-functional projects from concept to market launch.
- You will support product launches, customer demonstrations, and technical discussions, and represent Cubicure at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
Your Skills and Expertise
- You have more than 7 years of professional experience in product management, systems engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable technical field.
- You have a completed technical Master's degree; a PhD is an advantage.
- You bring more than 3 years of practical experience in additive manufacturing or in the development of industrial machines.
- You possess a strong understanding of complex technical systems, especially the interplay of hardware, software, and materials.
- You have experience working with CAD software.
- You are familiar with regulatory and compliance requirements for industrial machines.
- You are characterized by strong analytical, structured, and interdisciplinary thinking.
- You are a proactive, reliable personality with a pronounced quality awareness and high customer orientation.
- You have strong communication skills, as well as fluent German and English language skills, and work independently with a high degree of personal responsibility.

For the position, the collective agreement for plastic processors applies. The minimum gross salary is 4500 Euros per month on a full-time basis, with a clear willingness to overpay.
