Position

  • Product Manager 80‑100 % for products and applications in medical technology

Tasks

  • Manage assigned target groups and PLM tasks actively.
  • Oversee product maintenance through ongoing improvements.
  • Collaborate on product development based on market needs.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or similar fields.
  • Practical experience in product management is essential.
  • Strong team spirit and a hands‑on mentality required.

Responsibilities

  • Active support of the assigned target groups as well as the associated PLM tasks.
  • Responsibility for product and assortment maintenance through ongoing improvements and adjustments.
  • Participation in the product development process by incorporating customer and market needs.
  • Contributing product ideas and corresponding market clarifications.
  • Co‑support of the Lean Startup process.
  • Creating business plans and specifications for the development of new products.
  • Creating documentation/sales materials and assisting with data maintenance (GA, SA).
  • Active participation in planning and implementing market launch measures.
  • Development of training concepts and materials.
  • Organization and execution of product training.
  • Active participation in marketing activities (lead generation, event planning, social media, print media).
  • Supporting sales branches and partners in achieving their sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or industrial engineering, medical technology, or comparable technical studies.
  • Practical experience in product management.
  • Ideally experience in the medtech industry.
  • Structured, responsible, and independent working style.
  • Friendly and confident demeanor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Quick comprehension, team spirit, and hands‑on mentality.
  • Good German and English skills.
