Product Manager
Delivery Hero
About the role
About the opportunity
We are on the lookout for a Product Manager to join the Program Team, the central catalyst for Agentic Transformation within Tech Foundations. As a member of this team, you aren't just managing a project; you are the product owner of Delivery Hero’s transition to an AI-native company. While our engineering teams build the autonomous agents, you are responsible for the Product-Market Fit of AI across the entire organization. You bridge the gap between "having a tool" and "habitual usage," ensuring our 2026 Northstar of 100% daily AI usage becomes a reality for every employee. As a member of the Tech Foundation Team, you’ll support Delivery Hero’s rapid innovation and growth. You’ll work on foundational systems that enable faster feature development, security, and reliability across our global engineering community. Every enhancement you make will contribute to our teams' ability to build, scale, and deliver quality features—ultimately impacting millions of users worldwide. The Program Execution team is the centralized hub that connects our specialized Agentic efforts with the broader organization. While engineering teams build the systems, this team ensures they are integrated, governed, and adopted group-wide. Their mission is to orchestrate a unified strategy, moving Delivery Hero from fragmented AI experimentation to a cohesive, high-velocity AI-native ecosystem. This team is the essential glue between technical innovation and business impact. By centralizing vendor relations and compliance, they ensure that a breakthrough in one area (like automated coding) or a win in another (like non-tech process automation) becomes a standard for all. As the team that ties everything together, they own the Northstar of 100% daily AI-usage across both engineering and enterprise functions. They bridge the gap between having a tool and using a tool by turning technical capabilities into daily habits for everyone at delivery hero.
What you will do:
- Transformation Strategy & Vision: Treat the company-wide AI adoption as a product lifecycle. Define the roadmap for moving from fragmented experimentation to a cohesive, high-velocity AI-native ecosystem.
- Product Analytics & ROI Framework: Build the "Source of Truth" for AI impact. You will define, track, and report on the KPIs that prove business value—moving beyond seat licenses to measure automated toil reduction, lead-time improvements, and cost-per-feature.
- User Lifecycle & Adoption Products: Design and "ship" the programs that drive habituation. This includes productizing the upskilling curriculum, internal "AI Champion" networks, and feedback loops that funnel user needs back to the engineering squads.
- Cross-Brand Governance & Integration: Act as the "Group PM" who aligns decentralized brands (Glovo, Talabat, etc.). You will negotiate the balance between local autonomy and the efficiency of a unified global AI tech stack.
- Operational Scaling: Partner with Legal, Security, and Procurement to "clear the path" for innovation. You’ll identify systemic blockers to AI adoption and design the processes to resolve them at scale.
- Stakeholder Advocacy: Serve as the primary translator between technical breakthroughs and business outcomes. You will craft the narrative that aligns C-suite goals with the daily reality of our engineering and enterprise teams.
What you need to be successful
Success in this role requires a PM who excels at organizational influence and data storytelling. You are comfortable managing a product where the "users" are your colleagues and the "feature" is a new way of working.
Product & Strategic Leadership
- Product-Led Transformation: Experience in Product Management, specifically focusing on product adoption, growth, or internal platforms. You know how to use data to find "friction" in a user journey and build solutions to remove it.
- Masterful Data Storytelling: You don't just report numbers; you build a narrative. You can take complex usage data and translate it into a compelling ROI story for diverse audiences.
- Strategic Prioritization: Ability to manage a complex web of stakeholders and technical dependencies, identifying the "highest-leverage" initiatives that will move the needle on our 100% usage goal.
Change Management & Influence
- Behavioral Design: A fascination with how people adopt new technology. You understand that "upskilling" isn't just a training video—it's about changing daily habits and workflows.
- High-Stakes Communication: You are a confident evangelist. Whether presenting a keynote to 500 people or navigating a tough conversation with a regional CTO, you lead with empathy and clarity.
- Collaborative Diplomacy: Proven ability to drive a central vision across a federated or decentralized organization without relying on "top-down" authority.
Mindset and Contribution
- The "Glue" Mindset: You thrive on connecting the dots. You see the link between a legal compliance hurdle and a developer's productivity and proactively work to bridge that gap.
- Relentless Curiosity: You stay ahead of the AI curve, not just to understand the tech, but to anticipate how it will disrupt traditional business functions next.
- Resilience: Transforming a global giant’s culture is hard. You bring the energy and persistence required to keep the momentum high through the "trough of disillusionment."
