In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

The Mission & The Squad
Multiverse is doubling down on AI and has launched a groundbreaking AI Adoption Platform. You'll join the Adoption AI Team, a small, high-velocity squad operating like a startup inside Multiverse. We're building a category-defining product from scratch, leveraging our massive customer base and IP to deliver personalised, role-specific AI use cases to the enterprise.
Our MVP showed 10x adoption results in early pilots. Now we're building the engine to scale it to the world.
We're building a full suite of products that enable AI Transformation for businesses, unlocking the real power of AI across the enterprise workforce.
You'll be one of two PMs on this squad, working under our Senior PM, paired with a dedicated engineering pod equipped with cutting-edge AI coding tools.
The Ask
We're looking for a hands-on, builder-first PM to join us at the ground floor of this mission. This isn't a 'features and tickets' role. You'll be prototyping, shipping, learning fast, and repeating.
In your first 6 months, you'll:
- Move from MVP to Scale: build out our initial core product and expand into the wider platform suite.
- Vibe Code & Prototype: use AI tools to build & test prototypes in real time alongside your engineering team.
- Work With Your Engineering Pod: paired with a dedicated engineer to move fast.
- Influence Across Disciplines: work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and senior leadership.
About You
You're a builder who thinks in prototypes, moves fast, and gets hands-on with the tech stack.

What You'll Bring
- Builder Mindset: experience in early-stage, agile, or startup environments.
- Building Skills: hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Replit.
- B2B Edge: preferred experience in B2B or B2B2C product management.
- Technical Craft: familiarity with full-stack environments (ideally AWS and React).
- Exceptional Communication: ability to sell vision and influence across disciplines.
