Your Daily Life

By joining us in La Ciotat, you will be joining a site ideally located on the Mediterranean coast, within an international environment bringing together our digital identity and security activities.

You will join a team of 5 product managers working in an international, dynamic and collaborative environment around a central theme: eSIM (embedded SIM) card management services for the consumer electronics markets (smartphones, tablets, connected watches, etc.), machine-to-machine (automotive sector) and IoT.

This new position aims to meet both internal Thales needs and external customer needs for digitalization of their business and processes with the support of Artificial Intelligence to gain efficiency and explore new opportunities.

The position has a transverse dimension, placing you at the heart of exchanges between the different product line teams. Your main mission is to manage and qualify the needs expressed by these teams, then integrate them into a structured roadmap according to business needs.

Artificial Intelligence will be at the center of your activity, both as a structural component of the products & services you will develop and as a tool in your daily tasks to be more efficient, but also to gain a deeper understanding of your market and your customers.

You will also be responsible for coordinating R&D work, ensuring that deliverables comply with expectations, and supervising the deployment of solutions, taking into account defined engagement milestones.

Finally, this position involves being a force for proposals to all stakeholders, whether they are product line contacts, R&D teams, deployment teams, or support teams such as sales administration or finance.

Your Missions

• You are responsible for analyzing "market" / "internal stakeholder" needs and competitive intelligence to anticipate sector developments and needs and identify new product opportunities.
• You develop and monitor the product roadmap, ensuring the prioritization of requests and the planning of developments in conjunction with stakeholders.
• You coordinate work between technical, marketing, and sales teams to ensure the consistency of deliverables and compliance with deadlines.
• You manage the launch of new features or products, including the preparation of communication materials and internal team training.
• You analyze user feedback and performance indicators to propose areas for continuous improvement and optimize customer satisfaction.
• You will become a point of reference for the team regarding Artificial Intelligence in its integration into our products and our daily methods.

Your Profile

• You have solid experience in project management and product development. Knowledge and experience in "order to cash" processes would be a plus.
• You have a mastery of market analysis and product strategy definition.
• You have excellent communication and multidisciplinary team coordination skills.
• You have developed a unique expertise in Artificial Intelligence, both in its integration into products & services and in its daily use in your work as a Product Manager.
• You are capable of using performance monitoring tools and key indicators to manage product evolution.
• You have knowledge in agile project management.
• You master competitive intelligence and market trend analysis tools.
• You have a sensitivity to issues related to user experience and product design.
• You master reporting and data processing tools for clients in order to provide them with precise and adapted analyses.
