Product Manager – API & Algo Trading

About Role:

We’re hiring a Product Manager to build INDmoney’s API & Algo Trading platform for Indian markets. You will define the API stack, developer tools, sandbox environments, execution reliability, documentation, and integrations.

This role requires strong technical fluency and an understanding of Indian market microstructure, order routing, and trader needs. You’ll work closely with engineers, quants, and external developers to build secure APIs, strategy-building capabilities, backtesting tools, and a seamless developer experience. The goal is to create India’s most robust and trader-friendly API trading ecosystem. • 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in trading, fintech, or developer platforms. • Strong technical background — comfort with APIs, SDKs, webhooks, architecture basics, and developer tooling. • Understanding of Indian market microstructure: order types, throttles, margins, circuit rules, RMS, liquidity behaviours. • Experience working with algo traders, quants, prop desks, or API-driven products is a strong plus. • Ability to work hands-on with engineering, design, and quants to translate complexity into intuitive products. • Data-driven decision making and strong execution ownership.
