Role Overview

In your role as a Product Manager at Groww, you will:

• Write PRDs, build mocks, plan sprints, and analyze data to ship changes that contribute to a better user experience for tens of millions of users.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, analytics, finance, and compliance teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Utilize your 1-2 years of PM experience, with prior fintech experience being preferred but not mandatory.
• Leverage your expertise in AI/ML product development or financial systems related to Risk, Margin, and trading platforms.
• Make decisions based on first principles and data, demonstrating hands‑on data fluency in SQL, Sheets/Excel.
