Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager, based in Navi Mumbai.

The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations, analyzing market trends, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to drive innovation and efficiency in product development and deployment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Product Roadmap Development, Requirement Gathering, and Product Lifecycle Management
  • Strong Project Management and Strategic Planning abilities
  • Experience in Market Research and Data-Driven Decision-Making
  • Excellent Communication, Team Collaboration, and Leadership skills
  • Technical knowledge or experience in Electronic System Design, Hardware, or Manufacturing is a strong advantage
  • Ability to manage budgets, analyze project risks, and ensure on-time delivery
  • Prior experience in industries such as Transport, Medical Devices, or Toys would be beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent education is a plus
