About the role

To support our development, we are looking for a Product Manager Nutrition & Texture (M/F).

Ideally located in the Bouches-du-Rhône region, the Product Manager (PM) is responsible for developing sales of the Nutrition and Texture product range across all agri-food markets. You will act as an interface between the supplier and the sales force. After conducting targeted market research, you will develop a Supplier acquisition plan and a product sales plan (promotional tools, pricing, opportunity analysis, etc.). As an internal technical expert, you will provide technical and commercial sales support (developing innovative prototypes, implementing product range promotion tools, accompanying client visits, etc.). Through regular reporting (relationships, supplier visits, new product launches, etc.), you will ensure supplier loyalty.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of functional ingredients (texturizers, fibers, and proteins) and Nutrition markets.
• Familiarity with agri-food processes.
• Customer and results-oriented profile with good negotiation skills.
• Passionate, autonomous, proactive, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit.
• Good command of English is required.
