Your Tasks

• Market analyses (assortments, customers, and competitors)
• Assortment responsibility for the assigned product groups
• Development of product ideas and implementation with involved internal departments (purchasing, sales, marketing, supply chain, production, technical customer service)
• Assortment and lifecycle planning
• Coordination of product pricing and maintenance of price lists
• Co-responsibility for sales documentation, brochures, POS materials
• "Hub" function (You report directly to the CEO)
• Support for the online shop elcoworld.ch (master data maintenance, price monitoring, etc.)

Your Skills and Talents

• Completed commercial or technical basic training
• Further education (university or higher vocational training) advantageous
• Further training in Product Management, Marketing, or Product Development
• Know-how from a production company advantageous
• Relevant experience in Product Management, packaging industry advantageous
• Knowledge in product development
• Experience in active pricing and product management
• Experience in SAP R/3, S/4 HANA advantageous
• Independent and alert doer type, organizational talent and assertive
• Creative and flexible in thinking
