You will own the end-to-end product delivery for OneWallet /UnionBell. Your job is to turn real-world operations into a product that ships on time and holds up under real usage in Nigerian markets.

### **Job descriptions & requirements** • *Responsibilities:** • Translate business goals into a scope that can launch and survive real usage • Map workflows end-to-end (customer + agent + ops + risk + recon + collections) • Run discovery with traders/agents/support teams: interviews, observation, pain-point ranking • Write clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and edge cases • Own the product backlog: prioritisation, grooming, release 12 planning, and milestone tracking • Coordinate delivery across engineering (mobile/backend/frontend/DevOps/QA) and operations • Define exception handling: failed transfers, retries, reversals, duplicate attempts, dispute tracking • *Requirements:** • 4+ years of Product Management experience shipping real products into production • BSc/HND in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business, or related disciplines. • Strong product writing: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, edge cases • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and say “no” under pressure • Comfortable working deeply with engineers and operational teams (not just meetings) • Strong communication and documentation discipline • High integrity and accountability (this product handles money and credit) • *Preferred Requirements (Strong Advantage):** • Experience in fintech, payments, lending/credit, agency/field distribution, or ops-heavy products • Familiarity with reconciliation thinking (exceptions, reversals, audit trails, explainability) • Experience designing arrears/collections workflows and escalation ladders • Product analytics experience (funnels, cohorts, ticket categorisation, root-cause loops) • Experience shipping products used in low-connectivity environments
