About the role

Feature Management & Roadmap

  • Maintain and refine the feature roadmap for each platform.
  • Develop business cases for new features and enhancements, securing agreement from relevant teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure features are not only developed but actively used and correctly implemented by Operations and clients.

Brief Gathering & PRD Creation

  • Gather briefs and requirements from internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of business needs.
  • Translate briefs into clear, complete, and well-structured Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for the development team.
  • Ensure PRDs include business context, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and any relevant UI/UX considerations.
  • Maintain a high standard of PRD quality to support efficient development and minimise rework.

ROI & Adoption

  • Track, analyse, and report on feature usage and adoption rates.
  • Drive initiatives to increase platform usage and deliver measurable ROI.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure clients are trained and supported in using platform features effectively.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as the primary link between Platforms, Operations, and clients.
  • Communicate product changes, feature releases, and adoption strategies to all relevant stakeholders.

Reporting & Governance

  • Provide monthly reports to ExCos and ManCos covering usage metrics, feature adoption, ROI, and biannually NPS scores.
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure alignment with agreed KPIs.

Leadership, Strategy & Culture

  • Provide strategic input and directional support to the overall operational and support activities of the business unit, ensuring platform capabilities and product decisions are aligned with our product operations and commercials.
  • Support the culture within the platform team, playing a role in shaping positive team behaviours, values, and ways of working.
  • Where required, assume dotted-line or direct management responsibility for staff working directly or indirectly on the platforms, supporting those contributing to product delivery.
  • Foster strong cross-functional collaboration between Product, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure clarity of ownership, accountability, and shared success against product objectives.

Education & Certifications

  • Degree in a technical field, e.g., Marketing, Computer Science or related
  • Agile certification would be advantageous.
  • Product Management certification

Experience

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role with B2C product management experience
  • Experience in information gathering and the creation of product stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Some experience in business analysis, financial analysis and budget tracking
  • Experience in completing the product project from beginning to end.
