Product Manager

About

An exciting Product Manager opportunity is available supporting plastic film products. This role serves as the primary point of contact between vendors and customers, combining project coordination, relationship management, and commercial growth across the product lifecycle.

This is a hybrid position with some travel and is best suited for a professional who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (required), highly communicative, and comfortable translating technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for vendors and customers
• Manage day-to-day communication and build long-term relationships
• Coordinate and track projects to ensure timely delivery
• Support pricing, production, and logistics discussions
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product and service quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (engineering or technical background a plus)
• Strong customer-facing and project coordination experience
• Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken) is required
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience with international trade, manufacturing environments, or SAP/HANA is a plus
