About

As a Product Manager at Wingo, you will lead impactful projects throughout the entire product lifecycle to enhance customer experiences in the telecommunications industry. Your mission is to strengthen our product offering by creating, improving, and delivering seamless digital solutions that resonate with our customers. You actively shape new digital services and manage lifecycle aspects with precision.

• You are comfortable leading technical and digital projects within Agile environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• You are passionate about telecommunications, digital innovation, and optimizing the customer journey.
• You focus on understanding customer needs and pain points to deliver solutions that are intuitive and valuable.
• You effectively manage lifecycle activities such as regulatory adaptation, product promotion, and continuous improvement.
• You possess solid technical know-how and a strong grasp of the telecommunications domain.
• You take ownership of projects from product specification through execution, ensuring every initiative enhances customer experience while meeting business and commercial objectives.

Your profile

• Strong initiative, excellent decision-making, and analytical thinking.
• Solid technical understanding of digital technologies across wireless and wireline domains.
• Proven ability to drive complex projects from conception to delivery, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in Product or Project Management within a technology-driven environment.
• An enthusiastic, structured, and communicative personality who thrives in dynamic settings.
• Fluent in English with strong skills in French or German.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid model (partly remote, partly on-site).
