The Position
With over 16 million installs on the Google Workspace Marketplace, YAMM has become the go-to mail merge solution for 20,000 daily active Gmail users worldwide that collectively send over 1 billion emails annually, praised for its simplicity and effectiveness. Don’t take our word for it, just read our reviews on the marketplace or Trustpilot
As a Senior Product Manager for YAMM, you will execute/orchestrate its roadmap. You'll join a cross-functional team: engineers, QA, designer, data analysts.
Your mission: deeply understand the market, our users needs, translate their needs into impactful features, and help YAMM stay the #1 mail merge tool in the Google ecosystem. Enable the team to ship high-impact technical features at pace, on an agile journey.
Your Responsibilities
Drive user-centric product decisions
- Translate market needs and group strategy into a focused, actionable roadmap. Maintain a clear, inspiring product roadmap that reflects both user needs and business growth objectives, from improving deliverability and tracking accuracy to expanding our plans and international reach.
- User insight & feedback loops: Develop a deep understanding of YAMM's diverse user base. Users consistently praise ease of use, personalization, and email tracking; your job is to identify where we can go further and eliminate friction.
- Create data-driven insights: you will define and stay on top of key metrics to inform product decisions, and ensure that all actions and experiments are properly tracked and monitored
Lead cross-functional execution
- Backlog ownership: Define, prioritize, and manage the YAMM product backlog in collaboration with engineering and design. Balance quick wins (bug fixes, UX polish) against strategic bets (new features, pricing experiments, integrations).
- Collaboration with engineering: Work hand in hand with designers, developers, QAs to ensure smooth delivery. Define clear acceptance criteria, review builds, and maintain the rhythm of a fast-moving agile team.
- Communication & alignment: Keep all stakeholders informed: from the engineering team to support agents and leadership with clear, concise updates on priorities, progress, and trade-offs.
Grow YAMM
- Competitive intelligence: Monitor the mail merge and more generally the email sending landscape to ensure YAMM retains its edge over alternatives. Know our users' alternatives better than they do.
- Monetization & growth: Contribute to pricing strategy, plan differentiation, and conversion optimization.
- Internal enablement: Train support, sales, and success teams on new features and ensure our knowledge base stays sharp and up to date.
About You
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in a B2C or self-serve SaaS context. Bonus points for experience in an emailing company.
- Strong empathy for end users and a track record of shipping products that people genuinely enjoy using.
- Comfortable working with a technical team and translating user needs into clear, actionable specs.
- Data-literate: you know how to define metrics and tell easy-to-understand stories with numbers
- Fluent with AI tools like Claude Code: you prototype fast.
- Excellent communicator in both French and English: our team and user base are global.
- Familiar with software engineering methodologies and modern product tooling (we use currently Github, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Workspace)
- An eye for UX: you care about the details that make a product feel effortless.
- Bonus: Experience with the Google Workspace ecosystem (Sheets, Gmail, Marketplace) or email marketing tools.
Why YAMM?
You'd be working on a profitable product with genuine product-market fit, and still plenty of room to grow 100x.
Great computer and all the AI tooling you need and want.
An office in the heart of Paris (Le Marais).
