Product Manager

We are looking for a high-performing Product Manager who thrives in driving complex, high-impact AI and digital transformation initiatives from start to finish. This is a highly visible role that demands exceptional execution skills, technical fluency, and strategic thinking.

You will own end-to-end project delivery while acting as a trusted advisor to clients — proactively identifying new opportunities, expanding accounts, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. If you excel at turning ambiguity into clarity, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results that matter, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closure, including project charter creation, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), roadmap planning, and successful delivery.
• Define and maintain comprehensive project roadmaps, milestones, OKRs/KPIs, and success metrics to ensure alignment and visibility.
• Manage full project fundamentals – scope, schedule, budget, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), change control, and quality.
• Drive Agile execution (Scrum/Kanban) including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.
• Engage confidently with technical and business stakeholders using strong technical language to facilitate meaningful discussions with engineering teams and senior leaders (VP/C-level).
• Conduct discovery sessions to clearly define business problems, baseline metrics, and success criteria.
• Develop ROI-driven business cases with financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis.
• Apply Lean / process improvement methodologies to optimize workflows before AI or automation implementation.
• Track project performance through dashboards and proactively drive course corrections.
• Build strong client relationships through regular interactions, proactive communication, and governance.
• Identify new opportunities within existing clients and contribute to account expansion and revenue growth.

Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in delivering AI, digital transformation, or IT technology projects.
• Proven success in managing projects from 0 to 1, including MVP definition, pilot execution, and scaled rollout.
• Strong expertise in project management tools and artifacts: Project Charters, WBS, Roadmaps, RAID logs, Risk Management, and Scope Control.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and hybrid delivery environments.
• Ability to speak technical language comfortably and translate between business and technical teams effectively.
• Demonstrated client-facing skills with a track record of building trust and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Experience working with senior leadership and influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth environments.

Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) – Preferred
