Product ManagerLocation: Jersey CityRole OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and execution of products throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to build products that solve customer problems and drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis.Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products.Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact.Coordinate product launches with marketing and sales teams.Monitor product performance using KPIs and analytics tools.Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders.Continuously improve the product based on data and customer insights.Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.25 years of experience in Product Management or related roles.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.Preferred QualificationsMBA or Product Management certification is a plus.Experience with SaaS, mobile, or digital products.Familiarity with analytics and project management tools.
