Your Role

In the Marketing & Sales department, we are looking for a motivated individual at our Burgdorf location as a Product Manager Autoinjectors (Category Large Volume) | 80 - 100%.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Interface and participate in variant development projects for subcutaneous injection systems (autoinjectors)
• Provide technical leadership for an interdisciplinary team with responsibility for assigned variant products after their commercial launch
• Ensure information flow between the internal team and our B2B customers from the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries
• Independently manage and resolve various challenges, e.g., technical, quality-related, logistical, or commercial in nature
• Coordinate and implement product changes/optimizations (e.g., Change Control and CAPAs)
• Ensure the economic viability of products and customer satisfaction
• Support the sales team with opportunities and provide training regarding positioning, differentiation from competitors, value-based messaging, and technical product understanding
• Contribute to marketing materials

Your Profile

• Technical or scientific education (degree, HF, FH, ETH) in engineering
• Business administration further education is an advantage
• Ability to integrate technical, commercial, and customer-related requirements and derive priorities
• Experience in customer contact and customer care
• Interest in market- and customer-oriented product management in the B2B MedTech environment
• Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working, and a high degree of independence
• Experience in a GMP environment is an advantage
• Communication skills: Fluent in German (C1) and English (C1)
