About The Vacancy

We will look for a Product Manager for the support of the entire life cycle and pre-sales support projects for the new line of activities dedicated to display solutions (IT monitors, LCD, LED, interactive whiteboards, etc.).

The position plays a key role as an interface between the headquarters and the French market to ensure the success of product launches and their continuous optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Piloter la Product Management from display solutions and product selection to lifecycle management
• Define the Product roadmap, pricing strategy and commercial positioning in relation to the French market and the competition
• Coordinate Product Launches and support the sales and pre-sales teams
• Ensuring the Full-lifecycle product support, with a focus on structuring of new activities
• Analyze product issues and contribute to the Continuous improvement of quality and reliability
• Centralize returns from the French market and transform them into Actionable Product Recommendations for the seat
• Bring a Pre-sales support projects on major opportunities: needs analysis, solution design, technical responses to calls for tenders
• Participate in the Project delivery tracking and capitalize on feedback

Profile Cherché

• Bac+3/5 training (IT, telecoms, electronics or similar).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, pre-sales projects or product technical support
• Experience in monitors, display solutions or B2B hardware products appreciated
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Fluent French indispensable and Chinese (Mandarin) required

Additional Assets (Nice to Have)

• Good command of display technologies (monitors, LEDs, LCDs, etc.)
• European market experience
