Your Mission

As part of a 4-month fixed-term contract (CDD), you play a central role in the design, development, and evolution of our products and services. At the intersection of business, operations, and technology, you directly contribute to the performance and innovation of our offerings.

What You'll Do

• Design new services for national and international markets, build associated business cases, and structure processes. As a conductor, coordinate internal teams (Operations, Network, Sales, Marketing, Tech) and manage product launches.
• Act as Product Owner for commercial offers: product evolution, operational changes validation, and continuous improvement of the value proposition. Work with the Pricing team to adjust pricing policies and maximize economic performance.
• Actively participate in strategic projects as a product expert, collaborate with international counterparts, and contribute to building global solutions.
• Engage with clients in meetings, webinars, or training sessions to promote offers and gather field feedback. Analyze the market and competition to identify innovation opportunities.
• Ensure the consistency of commercial documentation (contracts, offers, conditions), contribute to product knowledge dissemination, and support Sales teams in appropriating offers.

Who We're Looking For

• Significant experience in product or service development, ideally in a logistics, e-commerce, or technology environment.
• Recognized skills in project management, leadership, and the ability to work transversally with various stakeholders.
• Structured, analytical, and business-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and mastery of English, essential for an international context.
