We’re finalizing two strategic partnership agreements which create the need for operational expertise and product leadership.

Position Description

We’re hiring a Product Manager, Commerce to own and scale the systems that power our partner operations, revenue capture, and financial reporting. This role is best suited for PMs who enjoy complex operational systems and care deeply about correctness, not just shipping features.

This role is responsible for turning complex, high‑stakes commerce workflows into structured, reliable product systems used across Engineering, Data, Operations, and Finance. Accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency are critical—these systems directly impact revenue and partner trust.

You will own initiatives end‑to‑end, from defining detailed requirements through execution, and are accountable for onboarding, tracking, attribution, and reporting function at scale. This is a high‑impact, execution‑driven role in a spec‑driven environment. You must be highly precise, deeply systems‑oriented, and comfortable operating in complex, interdependent workflows where details matter.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for commerce and financial reporting systems, with accountability for accuracy, reliability, and scalability
  • Translate complex business and operational needs into detailed, production‑ready product specifications
  • Drive improvements in partner onboarding, configuration, and workflow tooling to reduce friction and increase throughput
  • Build and scale feed and link management systems, ensuring data quality, freshness, and consistency
  • Own tracking and attribution workflows, including observability, issue identification, and resolution
  • Drive revenue validation and reporting workflows across internal and partner systems, ensuring correctness and auditability
  • Work closely with Engineering and Data to define system behavior, dependencies, and edge cases upfront
  • Use data to prioritize work, measure impact, and identify failure points in systems and workflows
  • Drive cross‑functional delivery across technical and operational teams and ensure systems are production‑ready at launch
  • Continuously improve system reliability, operational efficiency, and product quality in high‑volume environments

Required Skills

  • 5–10+ years of Product Management experience
  • Strong experience writing detailed product requirements and specifications
  • Strong logical and systems thinking
  • Some familiarity and comfort understanding APIs, workflows, and data structures
  • Data‑driven decision making and prioritization
  • Proven cross‑functional collaboration (Engineering, Data, Business)
  • Strong written and verbal communication

Nice to Have

  • Experience in spec‑driven development environments
  • Experience in affiliate, commerce, marketplace or financial environments
  • Experience building internal tools or operational workflow systems
