- Title: Product Manager – Commercial Payments
- Location: New York, NY (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
- Experience Required: 9+ years
Role Overview
- We are seeking a hands‑on Product Manager with deep expertise in commercial/wholesale payments to join a fast‑paced, execution‑driven team.
- This role is a hybrid PM/BA position, requiring end‑to‑end ownership of product delivery—from requirements definition to UAT and release.
- You will work directly with engineering teams to build scalable, platform‑level payment solutions, focusing on merchant‑facing experiences, internal tools, and payment lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end product delivery within Agile (2‑week sprint cycles)
- Write PRDs, epics, user stories, and detailed functional requirements
- Collaborate directly with developers (no intermediary BA layer)
- Drive UAT cycles, validation, and release readiness
- Build and enhance:
- Merchant‑facing portals (refunds, reversals, reporting, analytics)
- Internal operational tools and workflows
- Define and manage payment lifecycle flows (initiation → reconciliation → payouts)
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and influence without authority
- Drive clarity, execution, and timely delivery in a high‑pressure environment

- Checkout‑only or top‑of‑funnel consumer payment experience
- Candidates unwilling to work onsite in NYC
