The GEA Group is expanding! We are seeking a Product Manager - Compressor Systems to take charge of our compressor product lines in a dynamic international team. In this role, you will oversee product management across different phases of the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage one or more product lines across their entire lifecycle in collaboration with various specialized teams. • Develop long- and medium-term portfolio strategies. • Conduct thorough market, customer, and competitive analyses. • Travel extensively to engage with both internal and external customers. • Curate and oversee content for design tools. • Establish pricing strategies and manage cost and margin expectations. • Deliver product training sessions. • Collaborate with relevant authorities and organizations for company interests. • Present technical information clearly and effectively. • Define and develop innovative products and processes in collaboration with development, procurement, production, and sales teams. • Lead the successful market launch of new products. • Perform additional tasks as required.

Your Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years experience in refrigeration or compressors (Technician, Engineer, Product Manager, etc.). • Alternatively, 7+ years of relevant experience can replace the degree requirement. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. • Excellent organization and attention to detail. • Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks. • Comprehensive understanding of technology, finance, sales, and marketing. • Quick to grasp complex relationships. • Strong organizational and entrepreneurial mindset with innovative approaches. • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and structured work style. • Willingness to travel up to 20%, including occasional international trips.

The typical base salary for this position starts between $94,875.00 and $126,500.00 annually, varying by location within the United States. Final compensation will depend on your skills, experience, and qualifications. Additional rewards may be available, including discretionary bonuses and/or equity awards.
