Your Role

The Stellarus Product Management team is dedicated to creating innovative technology products that empower healthcare plans to enhance cost efficiency, quality, experience, and growth. As a Product Manager, Consultant, you will define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of our platform and interoperability capabilities, facilitating secure and scalable data exchange in complex and regulated environments.

This role requires a deep connection between customer needs, business objectives, and technical delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams to develop user-centric, value-driven digital solutions. With a strong emphasis on APIs, integrations, and healthcare interoperability, your contributions will support the development and scaling of platform capabilities that cater to internal products, partners, and non-profit clients.

Your Knowledge and Experience

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3+ years focusing on technical platforms (APIs/integrations/backend).
  • Experience in delivering products within regulated or complex environments.
  • Proficiency in Agile execution (Scrum/SAFe), along with backlog and dependency management.
  • Technical fluency in APIs, integrations, data flows, and platform architecture.
  • Data-driven product management, capable of utilizing KPIs, instrumentation, and analytics for informed prioritization.

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience with interoperability standards: FHIR R4, HL7, X12; familiarity with the payer/health plan ecosystem.
  • Experience in translating regulatory requirements into product mandates.
  • Compliance-by-design experience, focusing on privacy and security requirements.
  • Ownership experience of platform KPIs, including uptime, latency, adoption, and data exchange volume.
  • Experience delivering AI-enabled platform features and use cases metrics.
  • Advanced degree.
