Product Manager Conversational AI (m/f/d)

Millions of people each year end up in difficult financial situations. How they are treated in those moments matters, and technology can make it better.

As a Product Manager for Conversational AI within our BU Collection, you'll define how AI-powered experiences across chat, voice, and digital portals help people resolve debt in ways that are faster, clearer, and less stressful.

This is a builder role: you'll work hands-on with a cross-functional team spanning Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Operations, Data, Compliance, and Corporate AI leadership, bringing structure, experimentation, and momentum to a domain that's still taking shape.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Conversational AI across all consumer interaction channels • Analyze and prioritize key journeys (payment, installment, dispute, status inquiries) to maximize digital self-service and conversion • Bring clarity and ownership into a fragmented domain by establishing a structured product setup • Design and run experiments to validate use cases quickly, ensuring only the highest-impact bets get built without waiting for perfect conditions on interlinked systems • Ensure smooth end-to-end execution from discovery to launch and performance optimization • Define and track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement across live channels • Coordinate cross-functionally with Platform Engineering, AI Engineering, Operations, Data, Compliance, Customer Service, and Corporate AI

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Product Management, Information Systems, AI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 3–5+ years of product management experience in AI-driven products, B2C digital platforms, fintech, or other regulated industries • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience navigating complex international organizations • Ability to bring structure and prioritization to ambiguous environments with fragmented ownership • Affinity for conversational AI technologies (LLMs, NLU, chatbots, voicebots) and backend/platform constraints • Business fluent English is required; German skills are a plus
