Product Manager - Corporate Services H/F

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of the Business & Corporate Platform, and in close collaboration with the Lead Corporate Services, you will manage the IT solutions and services for the Collaborative, Communication, HR, and Legal domains.

Your mission: structure, coordinate, and evolve a transverse application ecosystem, by managing integrators and ensuring the quality of solutions delivered to business units and subsidiaries.

Key Missions

• Contribute to the definition and animation of the SI strategy for Corporate Services.
• Maintain a clear vision of uses, identify pain points, understand needs, and maximize value delivered to users.
• Validate functional and technical specifications, ensuring their consistency with the SI architecture.
• Manage integrator service providers and guarantee the quality of deliverables.
• Ensure transverse governance of Corporate Services solutions and their consistency with the rest of the SI.
• Collaborate with architecture, security, data, and internal platform teams.
• Guarantee compliance, security, and quality of service.
• Model, optimize, and digitalize processes for the relevant domains.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs; maintain a clear and shared backlog.
• Manage projects and evolutions within cost, deadline, and quality standards.
• Supervise corrective and evolutionary maintenance, manage incidents and service requests, and automate processes where possible.
• Work in Scrum for build phases and Kanban for run activities.
• Support business units and subsidiaries in change management.
