NAOS (Bioderma - Institut Esthederm - Etat Pur)
About the role
About NAOS
The history of NAOS began in 1977 when Jean-Noël Thorel, a pharmacist-biologist, pioneered active cosmetics by integrating biology into cosmetics, with the goal of changing its paradigm.
NAOS is an international French company specializing in Skincare, present in 130 countries and employing over 3500 people.
It is the origin of three dermo-cosmetic brands: BIODERMA, INSTITUT ESTHEDERM, and ETAT PUR, united by a unique scientific approach: Ecobiology, the union of biology and the skin's ecosystem.
The governance model is unique: NAOS belongs to an Altruistic Purpose Organization. The company is independent and entirely owned by a non-profit endowment fund dedicated to realizing human potential.
Today, NAOS is a company with a purpose, whose mission is to love, understand, and care for living things.
This purpose is at the heart of who we are, what we do, and how we do it.
