About the role
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a proactive Product Manager to lead our Customer Data Exchange initiatives. In this role, you will define the product's core value proposition and execute a strategic vision that aligns with our organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders while attending sprint and milestone reviews with the Delivery team.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy that drives value, informed by the company’s strategic roadmap and competitive landscape.
- Utilize data-driven insights and qualitative input to anticipate future needs and identify opportunities for product enhancement.
- Act as the primary representative of the product during governance meetings, ensuring transparency and communication across all levels.
- Establish clear roadmaps, priorities, and decisions to communicate effectively with both product teams and executives.
- Serve as the accountable owner for your designated product portfolio.
- Facilitate cross-product and cross-customer value opportunities and share learnings effectively.
- Manage the product backlog, integrating feedback from internal and partner teams to ensure it remains prioritized and relevant.
- Perform additional duties as required.
EDUCATION
Required
- Bachelor's Degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
EXPERIENCE
Required
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience.
- Experience with the software lifecycle for at least 3 years.
- Advanced domain experience for at least 1 year.
Preferred
- Experience with Agile methodologies for at least 1 year.
SKILLS
- Strong business acumen, particularly related to P&Ls.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage conflict effectively.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL DEMANDS and WORKING CONDITIONS
Position Type
Office-based. This position will require regular teaching and training of others.
Occasional travel from the office to various work sites may be required.
Physical work site attendance is required. Lifting may be involved up to 10 pounds constantly.

Pay Range:
Minimum: $86,400.00, Maximum: $138,600.00
Base pay is determined by various factors, including qualifications, experience, and contributions.
